We spoke to Clement Chau about the appropriate uses of technology in schools and at home. Mr Chau is currently a Learning Designer at Leapfrog Enterprises, Inc. and a Ph.D. candidate at the Eliot-Pearson Department of Child Development at Tufts University in Massachusetts.
