I use the Net on almost every art project I teach. One of my favorite sites is www.artsonia.com. I can be inspired by what others have done; capture their projects, and show them to my students on my Promethean Board (interactive white board). We travel to museums and artists all over the world with the ProBoard. We interact with others using SKYPE. We watch www.youtube.com for "how to" advice on skills/projects.
Additionally, two other teachers and I are creating a dropbox in Angel Learning for other elementary art teachers in our corporation to access; here, we will post lessons, discuss topics, and blog. We have no Art Supervisor for the 24 elementary (K-5, K-6, K-8) schools, so we are doing it ourselves with the help of a tech supervisor. I have almost forgotten what teaching was like (mimeographs and purple dittos) before technology. With all the aids I have, my creativity just keeps blooming.
