A Must for your first year!

Your first year can be fun yet stressful. I have two tips to cut down on the stress. Tip number one: Have a great classroom Management Plan! Students like and need to know what is expected of them. You should let your students know from day one what your expectations are. Let them know the rules and make them aware that you expect them to follow the rules. Be consistent in your discipline. That ensures a stress free year because students will know that nay misconduct will be redirected.

The next tip for a fun and less stressful year is to adequately plan your lessons so that no time is wasted in class. Plan for a lesson that entails reviewing yesterday's lesson to introducing new matierial to an outstanding close of today's lesson. This keeps students adequately engaged and on task.

Have fun, set high expectations, and adequately plan.
