Accountabilities:
The K-12 Learning Services Specialist also assists in recruiting facilitators, coaches and mentors facilitators as needed, and ensures faciliators are equipped with the resources needed for successful delivery of K-12 training and professional development.
The K-12 Learning Services Specialist works with internal agencies, including Customer Relationship Management, to maintain visibility of customer satisfaction and to resolve customer issues.
The K-12 Learning Services Specialist works closely with the Professional Development team and other internal agencies to assist in the integrity of the resources and to insure content is correct and current where posted.
What you bring to our winning team:
5 to 7 years of classroom teaching experience
5 to 7 years of experience in K-12 professional development content development and/or delivery
Master's degree in Education preferred
Excellent writing, communications, presentation/facilitation, organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills, including project management.
Professional appearance and presentation skills required.
